Terrie has a background in business starting her first company at the age of 23yrs.  Over the 13years of this business from starting it up and managing her teams, she was engaged by large businesses including Woodside, Western Mining, Telstra, Water Corporation in Western Australia.

Throughout this time she was privileged to work with and observe individuals, small groups, departments, business units and business divisions in action.  Some of the individuals were in positions of authority, some were engaged or employed for their high level skills to work within teams for project success.

Through these positions of privy, as well as her business management experience with her own teams which were spread between various worksites on corporate contracts, her own corporate head office, reinventing her income streams and her professional positioning since then, plus her personal life experiences including gold medal achievements - she came to realise some key fundamentals for growth and engagement.
