YOUR ABILITY TO CHANGE AT ANY AGE
In the area of physical resiliency, Terrie's special skill and interest is in looking at how chronic exposures can lead to compromise in our ability to function.
From a young age she has been intrigued by the true potential of the human being.
Starting with her fascination for human biology as a teenager, University Qualifications in human performance, exercise science, along with some introductory study in anthropology, neuro-anatomy and special education.
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
She has experienced first hand, how chronic toxicity can lead to compromise in our ability to function when she had to find a way to problem solve for herself a way through some serious challenges. This is when she came to realise the importance of understanding the sub-clinical signs and how our body deals with the challenge of chronic exposures. Lucky for her she found the insightful work of H.L. Sam Queen, and went on to integrate this across for use in exercise science, including recovering function in these circumstances.
THIS IS EXCITING SCIENCE
It is also an art - working with different individuals, level of understandings, goals and lifestyle preferences. It takes a creative interest by the practitioner to find ways, together with the client, to bring the science needs identified in the biochemistry to a workable action by the client.
I find that there is never one same solution for two people. Every chemistry is unique, every person is different, therefore every plan is unique for that person. It takes the Client & Practitioner working together with enquiring minds to find the best solutions.
WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF THE 'FULL BUCKET' SYNDROME.
After studying and working in this area for more than 10 years, Terrie introduced the term 'The Full Bucket Syndrome' to assist clients understand the role of chronic exposures in the capability to function.
She found some commonalities:
WHAT CLIENTS ASK FOR - "I want to Get Back on Track".
WHAT CLIENTS ACTUALLY NEED TO ATTAIN - Physical Resiliency
WHAT IS NEW TO CLIENTS - the silent world of chronic exposures
WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE - understanding"The Full Bucket Syndrome" via interpreting a persons sub-clinical signs, toxic footprints & how their capability to function can be affected, how to recover.

Terrie's Get Back on Track (GBT) consulting is based on a unique individualised biochemistry analysis. These 90 specific proactive functional chemistry markers tested at the same time are necessary to drive the information for each individual. This delivers answers unique from that person for analysis with regards identifying their Full Bucket Syndrome rating.
The commonality for each person is that their body is revealing via their biochemistry, what the body is trying to achieve and the challenges it is having to manage, to be able to maintain energy & tissue integrity. What their actual challenges are and the road map out of there is different for each person.
