Why Pure Body ?
Terrie's interest is in supporting tissue integrity and energy production for her clients. This is a new supplement to the same focus.
Starting Out ~ Priority
Pure Body requires you to be well hydrated. Prior to starting take note of your drinking habits and correct prior to taking your first drop of Pure Body. Ensure you take your first drop/drops with a large glass of filtered water.
FIRST DOSE
My suggestion for clients is to start with just 1/2 or 1/4 dose OR number of drops on day one.
This gives you time to adjust your drinking habit to ensure you are well hydrated.
It also helps reduce the chance of your bowels slowing as it will take time for you to bring your toxin load down.
When you first start using is when you will have (generally) the most toxins to pick up. So keeping the load down for the bowel to start with assists you over all.
FOCUS ~ HYDRATION
When taking this product, ensure you are hydrating well. Drink filtered water and preferably acid management options. Terrie To clarify hydration options and to discuss advanced, individualised use, contact Terrie.

SECOND DOSE
Next day - on waking, take 1/4 to 1/2 dose. For Pure Body this means 1 - 2 drops in a full glass of water e..g 250mls.
On the third day, if your bowels have not slowed then continue increasing the dose.
PURE BODY
For Pure Body.
Start with between 2 - 4 drops in a full glass of water on waking.
For my clients I suggest between 2 - 4 drops once or twice per day.
Pure Body suggests up to 4 drops in a glass of water 3 times per day. This would be your maximum intake.
