Our Healing Within assists a person see for themselves what their body already has in place to look after them. Once understood you can take control of your own wellbeing by your choice of actions. Realise this once and use it for a lifetime.
Terrie works with the naturally occurring Homeostatic Controls of the Human Body. This unique understanding is based upon a systematic examination of biochemistry aimed at revealing the health of the seven primary homeostatic controls that the body calls upon to keep each of us free of disease states, infection and to effectively resolve exposure to environmental toxic exposures.
Alterations in one or more of these homeostatic controls are consistent with some loss of wellbeing, tissue integrity, energy production.

WHAT YOU LEARN
There are 2 areas to Terrie's work:
Education.
Terrie teaches you the homeostatic controls so you can both see that at play in life which assists you in your decisions for your own wellbeing. Once learnt you know these for a lifetime and you can then make your own 'course corrections' - especially when you know your own tendencies, strengths and weaknesses from conducting the full biochemistry panel.
And Mentoring
Terrie reads your biochemistry panel, interprets for you your unique and current status of your homeostatic controls. Then mentors you on actions you can take to correct them. This also assists you understand these balances deeper to manage them for yourself.

To fast track client learning, Terrie has written a book to assist you off the 'starting blocks' for your learning. The book covers the foundations of learning and includes some preliminary action points.
