This 6 session support program has Terrie working along with a small group of clients.
You will be talking food, cooking, meals, menu options and answering those questions you keep meaning to ask Terrie.
You will be introduced to a new recipe each session and taken through the cooking to simplify and learn.
Turning food and cooking around to feel like a pleasure and a benefit, instead of an inconvenience and drudgery.
